Printer Repair Technician

Location:Burlington, NJ

We currently have a Printer Repair Technician opening in our South Jersey, Montgomery County marketplace.
Duties:• Perform preventative maintenance on HP and other printers
• Install new printers; configure to network
• Troubleshoot/diagnose printer problems in a connected environment
• Interact with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the service performed
• Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications and updates on assigned equipment
• Process required paperwork associated with service call
• Maintain and manage own parts inventory
• Perform other related duties
Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience working with HP phaser printers
• High School diploma required
• Technical School graduate;
• A+ Certification is a plus.
• Ability to install printer drivers
• Proficiency in Windows
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of technical manuals, parts books, and relevant publications
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional verbal communication skills
• A relatively high level of analytical ability to identify solutions to human, technical, or administrative problems
• Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation
• Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
• Ability to move frequently walk, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel
• Ability to lift tool cases and assorted service-related tools weighing 25 to 50 pounds
